Mangools pricing: choose by workload, not by plan name

The useful pricing decision is how much research and tracking capacity you need—not which tier sounds most impressive.

Current plan structure

Mangools currently presents Basic, Premium and Agency tiers. Its live pricing page says subscriptions auto-renew until disabled, cancellation is available from the account, and a 48-hour refund window applies under its stated conditions.

PlanStarting fitDecision rule
BasicSolo operators and freelance workflowsStart here when one person's normal research volume is the main constraint.
PremiumMarketing teams and specialistsMove up when research volume or collaboration makes Basic restrictive.
AgencyProfessional SEOs and agenciesEvaluate it by client volume, tracking cadence and recurring reporting needs.

Do not buy by plan name

Choose the lowest tier that comfortably covers your real keyword, SERP, tracking and backlink workload. Upgrade because you hit a useful limit—not because a larger plan looks more professional.

Monthly or annual?

Annual billing can be sensible after you know the workflow fits. If you are still evaluating the software, begin with the free access Mangools provides or compare the commitment of monthly billing. Always verify the live checkout because prices, discounts and limits can change.

Renewal and refunds

The current Mangools pricing FAQ says subscriptions auto-renew until disabled and that users can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the account. It also states a 48-hour refund policy with conditions, including an exception for two consecutive subscriptions.

Price accuracy: We deliberately do not hard-code checkout prices. Use the live Mangools checkout for the current amount, currency, discount and limits before purchasing.
